If you’re anywhere in the UK right now and you want to score the new Eee PC 1005HGO netbook, you’re in luck. Orange UK is now carrying the said Asus Seashell netbook equipped with a built-in 3G modem of course, to let you exhaust Orange UK’s network broadband data plans.

The Eee PC 1005HGO is being offered for free but comes with a 24-month service contract which will tie you with around £24.47-£34.25 monthly service fee. A shorter contract is available for 18 months but you have to pay £50. Both plans are provided with monthly data allowance starting from 1GB.

As a review, the Eee PC 1005HGO features a 10.1-inch display, Intel Atom N270 CPU, 1GB of RAM, 250GB of HDD, Wi-Fi, webcam, 6 hours battery life and Windows 7 Starter Edition.
