One of flaws of netbooks is the absence of an integrated DVD player/burner. This is understable given the size of the even the biggest netbooks available in the market now. So for those whose in need of a DVD drive to accompany their netbooks, their best bet is to get a separate DVD Burner.
And this is what I-O Data’s DVD Burner, the DVRP-U8XLE2 wants to capture – netbook owners who needs a DVD Burner to bring along with their netbooks.
The DVRP-U8XLE works well with the Eee PC 901 series and the Eee PC 1000H-X series, Acer Aspire One AOA150-Bw and AOA150-Bb, HP-Mini Note PC 2133, and Averatec 1000 netbooks.
This DVD Burner complements netbooks’ slim form factor with is 21mm thickness, and light weight. It is compatible with PC and USB bus power.
